Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading pan-European market infrastructure? Elite, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Strategy and Business Development department as an International Graduate (V.I.E).
To support its expansion, Elite is looking for a Funding Solutions Associate VIE to join the team from September 2025, for an initial period of 12 months, in Brussels. The contract might be renewed for 1 additional year in another location. You will report to the Head of Funding Solutions.
This is a unique opportunity to grow in a demanding role, as a right-hand man/woman to the Head of Funding Solutions, and in close collaboration with other top executives.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Support ELITE project management activities both on Funding solutions and membership, across different geographies
Analyse business plans and participating in due diligence sessions
Promote and partner with the broader team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Database management: databases update to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial details and customer/client information
Promote ELITE international expansion: support on specific internal and external business opportunities, assisting clients day-to-day requests and relationship management activities
Business development activities: conduct industry and target companies research, develop reports and present those in team meetings
Meeting preparation material and meeting reporting notes with investors, advisors, clients and prospect companies
Your profile:
Master Degree in Management or Finance
Fluency in both spoken and written English
Good knowledge of Corporate Finance
Proven ability to work in team, and great interpersonal skills
Strong capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel
Data analytics skills
Flexibility, enthusiasm to work within a fast paced work environment
Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
